Booking Terms and Conditions for Luxuriös Trips Africa

Booking Confirmation:

All bookings made with Luxuriös Trips Africa are considered confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a specified deposit.

Payment can be made through various methods, including credit card, bank transfer, or online payment portals accepted by Luxuriös Trips Africa.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made by the client must be communicated to Luxuriös Trips Africa in writing via email or fax.

Cancellation charges may apply, depending on the timing of the cancellation and the specific terms outlined in the booking confirmation.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms outlined in the cancellation policy and may be subject to administrative fees.

Amendments:

Any changes or amendments to the booking, including but not limited to travel dates, accommodations, or activities, must be requested in writing and are subject to availability and approval by Luxuriös Trips Africa.

Additional charges may apply for any amendments made to the original booking.

Travel Documents:

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all necessary travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations, are obtained prior to departure.

Luxuriös Trips Africa will not be held liable for any costs or consequences incurred due to the client’s failure to obtain the necessary travel documents.

Travel Insurance:

Luxuriös Trips Africa strongly recommends that all clients purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to trip cancellations, medical emergencies, or lost luggage.

Clients are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and must provide proof of coverage upon request.

Health and Safety:

Clients must inform Luxuriös Trips Africa of any pre-existing medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements that may affect their ability to participate in the booked activities or accommodations.

Luxuriös Trips Africa reserves the right to refuse service or participation to any client who poses a safety risk to themselves or others.

Liability:

Luxuriös Trips Africa acts only as an agent for the various suppliers and service providers involved in the client’s itinerary and shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during the course of the trip.

Clients are advised to review the terms and conditions of each supplier or service provider involved in their itinerary, as separate terms and conditions may apply.

Force Majeure:

Luxuriös Trips Africa shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, terrorism, or civil unrest.

By booking with Luxuriös Trips Africa, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
